EPAMSA, Contracting authority for Seine Aval
A public development authority, administered by a Governing Council which brings together elected members and State administrators, EPAMSA constitutes the collective contracting authority for Seine Aval. For 10 years, EPAMSA has proved itself, notably by intervening in the towns of Mantes en Yvelines and Chanteloup-les-Vignes.
Responsible for the management of OIN projects and urban regeneration projects for Mantois and Chantelouples-Vignes, EPAMSA makes decisions for the projects and suggests new avenues for development.
Delegated contracting authority, it supports the authorities in the implementation of the projects.
As a developer, it has the opportunity to take the initiative for development operations for which it assumes the risk. Operations are systematically subject to a partnership with local authorities.
