Epamsa

A village of Seine Aval, Chapet has significant capacity for expansion to the west of the commune. The objective of the operation is to devise a project which is suited to the village character of the commune, steadily accommodating diversified housing and public facilities operations and developing the site.

The commune of Chapet and EPAMSA jointly launched a town planning study, awarded to the ACT Urban office, taking into account the assets and constraints of the site. The diagnosis and the different stages of this study will be validated during monitoring committees.
