The "Profils" site is an industrial wasteland of around 6 hectares located in the commune of Les Mureaux. Its exceptional location at the entrance to the town presents an opportunity to redevelop the district. The commune of Les Mureaux plans to conduct a development operation in its area, integrating this industrial wasteland and covering the area which forms the entrance to the town at the west of the commune.
This site, in the legal scope of the Seine Aval OIN, could accommodate operations for housing, public facilities and businesses as part of a rethink in order to restore its identity and visibility.
Practically, the commune of Les Mureaux and EPAMSA jointly launched a town planning study, awarded to the Huertas firm, taking into account the technical constraints of the site. The diagnosis and the different stages of this study will be validated during monitoring committees.
