The Verneuil point, an industrial site of around 7 urbanisable hectares, constitutes an area with great potential where conversion must be considered.

On the banks of the Seine, close to a regional sports and recreation park, its location (a single access road and physical break in the railway) makes it a unique place suitable for the establishment of a high quality residential area.

The commune of Verneuil-sur-Seine and EPAMSA have decided to launch a feasibility study for a residential district on this site. The diagnosis and the different stages of this study will be validated within a monitoring committee. At the same time, the Etablissement Public Foncier des Yvelines has purchased the land.
