In the middle of the 1990s, the Mantois had lost its attractiveness and was regarded as a "problem" area. The first operations have made it possible to get the town back on an even keel.
Operation Henri Dunant: a new district in the centre of town
This mixed operation comprises of 3 buildings of rental and home ownership (165 apartments) properties, a 2,500m² building for offices, a local 1,800m² supermarket and a 950m² clothes shop.
The complexes, highly landscaped, have underground parking and private gardens.
This operation marks the completion of the regeneration of the Henri Dunant district, which began in 1999 with the development of the square, creation of an underground car park with 350 spaces and a 9 screen cinema complex.
Sully Business Park: 10 custom built hectares for companies
Located to the west of the Val Fourré district, these 10 hectares accommodate growing SMEs who benefit from a quality setting. It supplements the property offer at the centre of the Val Fourré district along with the Clémenceau business centre (1,700m² of offices and workshops) and the Cube (3,000m² of offices, workshops and public services).
